O Father of Mercies/ as we celebrate today/ the patronal feast day (birthday) of our brother......./ we recommend him to You/ with tender love. We thank You/ for his Franciscan vocation/ and for giving him to us/ as a member of our Province (and to this fraternity). Bless him Lord abundantly/ both materially and spiritually. Give him good health/ and happy life. Bless his apostolate/ work/ and all who are near and dear to him. Above all/ we pray/ that he may live his Franciscan life joyfully/ and persevere in it happily/ till the end/ under the protection of our Immaculate Mother/ and St. Joseph.
